Where should I move?” I have great news for you, there is an entire continent for you. Seriously, twice the size of the USA, growing the fastest in the world. They desperately could use someone as sophisticated as you sound. English is the 1st or 2nd language on most of the continent and of course always the elites speak English which you probably will be among. They will will value your American vibe, spirit, entrepreneurship and of course amazing culture which they have adopted throughout the continent.
